Warm up - rocking side to side.
Frogleg stretch 🐸 - take time to sink in to it.
Goblet squat - as low as you can whilst retaining an arch in your low back, hold for 60 seconds.
Band squat for extra depth and split the knees apart, keep that lumbar spine arched!!
