Can you complete this core workout?

You can't beat back pain with a weak unstable foundation.

Combine these 3 exercises:

  1. Stir the pot - from foot, feet or knees (abdominals).

  2. Hip thrust - 2 feet or 1 foot (spinal extensors & glutes).

  3. Side bridge - from knees or feet (lateral obliques).
